baked fried or grilled

Which way do you prefer your fish.I love my fish fried.I know fried food is unhealthy and I dont eat it alot but when I do I usually fry tilapia or whitening fish

It depends on the type of fish.  I like baked white fish, but fried catfish.

I like my fish deep fried.  My girlfriend does the best.  She doesn't like fish and doesn't really eat it.  But she did try some fish and she thought that kind is ok with her.

Honestly, a lot of times only because it is faster, I will use the Fry Daddy and deep fry it.  But, baked is really better and easier to season for a lot better result - just more time consuming.  But any way it goes, I have to have it as a sandwich, not just on the plate.  Make that rye bread, add tartar sauce, sliced tomato, sliced onion, and dill pickle and I am in Heaven!

Usually baked, grilled or broiled.The only kind I really like fried is catfish.

I love fried fish but I have been trying to lose weight and have been baking my fish for over a year now.  It taste good I put salt and seasoning on it.  Hope everyone everyone has a good day and may God bless each of you and keep you safe.

Deep fried, with a side of breaded deep fried onion rings. For dessert: deep fried snickers.

In truth, if its a fish I really like, I will broil it in the oven with a little butter and a few herbs.

I like both, but tend to try and do a balance each way, for healthier eating.
