Do you do your budget to pay bills or does your better half?

I have bills that I pay by money order.  My hubby pays the bills for the house as well as my DirecTV bill and my HughesNet bill.  We have added life insurance for us and my grandson to the bill pay.  He gives me the money and I deposit it onto my RushCard.

I have always done the budget and payed the bills, my husband will not know what to do if I am gone. He has no clue about paying anything

I budget the bills myself. For me, I like to try to see where all/most of the money is going, so I spend so much time trying to figure out where it's going and also I try to figure out ways to make good changes for our money for the next month.

I pay all the bills. My husband's check is direct deposited every month so I have to work off that. We make a budget together because I always forget about the little things we would need to buy.
