"To live in this world you must be able to do three things: to love what is mortal; to hold it against your bones knowing your own life depends on it; and, when the time comes to let it go, to let it go." ~ Mary Oliver

“Selfless service is a powerful spiritual practice that allows for selfishness to be purified and accelerates the burning away of karmas. True service only happens when there is an absence of self-interest. We are on the path of grounding ourselves in this type of renunciation. This practice is a tool, an opportunity to grow in union, love and altruism. It is a chance to recognize our gifts and talents and to offer them to the world for a greater purpose: the great work that we are calling Awaken Love.” ~ Sri Prem Baba

Interesting thoughts.  I'm not sure I completely agree with it all.  But that's kinda what it is saying.  We can believe or not - yet we are still unique.

“We are working to synchronize ourselves within the frequency of light. Cultivating silence is a way of tuning our instruments for this. In order for us to be able to live in the middle of everything that is not in this frequency, we have to welcome the noise and transform it within ourselves, rather than create more separation and isolation, which is more noise. Our work is to take it in and bring everything to the heart. Everything dissolves in love, and love is silence.” ~Sri Prem Baba

“It is very easy to fool oneself along this journey, so we must always be attentive to see if we are really making progress or if we are just fooling ourselves. Observe whether or not you are letting yourself repeat destructive patterns and attracting the same negative situations to your life. This is the best way to move along your journey. Beyond this, see if your fear is diminishing and if you are able to give of yourself in a selfless way. Are you able to hear your heart and have transparent relationships? Are you being spontaneous and feeling the taste of freedom? These are some of the ways to tell if you are truly evolving.” ~ Sri Prem Baba

“Sachcha is the irrefutable truth; it is permanent and unquestionable. It always has been and always will be: it is eternal. Sachcha is in all. It is what’s left after removing all beliefs and conditioning, all fantasies and imagination. This is enlightenment.”

“The mind is one of the greatest powers of the Being. The mind creates and destroys everything that we call ‘life situations.’ The mind is not material, but it is a process that resembles a pilgrimage site. Thoughts are the pilgrims created through external stimuli that direct the way in which we move in the world. The conflict between these external stimuli, combined with the internal drives of the Being, is what creates confusion. This is the origin of mental instability that generates all sorts of negative situations.” ~ Sri Prem Baba
