ANSWER FROM FC--ABOUT 2 CENT VIDEOS NOT CREDITING

I KNOW THAT MANY OF YOU, LIKE ME, HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE 2 CENT VIDEOS NOT CREDITING-----SOOOOO----I REPORTED IT TO FC WITH A SUPPORT TICKET-----HERE IS THEIR RESPONSE-----                         Thank you for reporting this error. Unfortunately, if you are not credited automatically for watching a video, there is nothing we can do as we were not paid, either. If you continue to have issues with getting paid for videos, we suggest that you stop watching them and focus on other ways to make money.

That sounds like a typical "form letter" response.  Did you mention in your ticket that the problems didn't start until they changed the video format?  The peanut lab videos were crediting fine before they lumped them in with the rest of the videos.  The fact that it's not crediting now tells me that it has something to do with Peanut Lab not recognizing the click because it's somehow bypassing their system, which makes it a FusionCash problem.  While I love the convenience of having all the videos on one page, it does us no good if we can't receive credit for watching them.  I applaud FC's effort to streamline their website (and it's working great on the surveys page!) but I sure hope they get this resolved soon.

I hope they fix it too.  Don't even bother with the 2 cent videos now , since they don't credit.  The HyprMX. even though just 1 cent now, do usually credit.

I also did not get credit for the mattress videos that pay 2 cents. I tried a few times on different day. I gave up and do not attempt these videos any longer.

Most videos do pay and I stick with those.

The ONLY video I've been getting credit for was the "Angel Soft" video.  All the rest are either "out of offers" or won't credit at all.  If it continues, I think FC should take away the 5 cent daily requirement.  Between these videos not crediting, some surveys not crediting, or being denied a credit, it really is getting harder to make enough to cash out.

We spend time completing videos and don't get credit. I know alot of us try to complete videos in order to get credit for our paid to click. Hopefully this will get fixed soon.

That doesn't sound like the old fusion cash. They used to fix things especially videos not crediting but this has gone on for a long time. they get no money if we don't. so that itself should be enough encouragement to set up videos again. and do it in a way that we will get credited for watching them. Im wondering how much longer this site will be working. its changed a lot this year.

If FC isn't getting paid, why do they stick with those advertisers?  It makes no sense to me.

I am sad to say but I am disappointed in FC, not getting credit for things we take the time to do is not fair. If the videos won't pay then why have them on at all? What is the point. I know FC has to make money to pay us, but really, if they say they are not getting paid for videos that we are watching, then they shouldn't use those videos.

I agree.  I love FC, but if certain videos are not crediting, and they are aware of it











I agree!  I love FC, BUT......If certain videos are not crediting and FC is aware of this;  They should remove them, so they don't waste members time.

I wonder if the problem is that we have not liked it, tweeted about it and pinned it. At the top of the video, it says something about Liking it, tweeting about it and pinning it IF YOU LIKE IT.  I liked it but did not post to facebook. I did not do the other two things. I am wondering if you have to do all three things to get credit.

If FC only gets paid when we do and were not getting paid. Then how can they stay in business?

It appears to me we now have the Non-crediting 2 cent videos with a 1.75 cent mask on.  Something is fishy.
