BROWSER GUARDIAN What is this keeps popping up everywhere

This advertisement pop-up with the heading of "Browser Guardian" keeps popping up wherever I am on FC.  Is this something new that FC has implemented on their site?  It is very irritating to say the very least!!

I haven't seen a Browser Guardian pop-up (yet), but I have seen several boxes that come up wanting to post something (probably related to some ads on RL) on my notepad.  I just close them out.

You might have some malware on your system.  Do a scan using Malwarebytes.  It's a free download from www.malwarebytes.org.

Thanks for your help, I was having some other serious problems like my computer started freezing up, the video started saying there was a problem but it recovered.  I ended up doing a restore on my laptop re-installing windows and my antivirus software and everything seems to be running more smoothly now.

its probably an add threat attached to your browser to link to everything you are doing to send you more annoying adds. its best to run your threat scanner soon.

What is a threat scanner?  I only have the antivirus that *bleep* internet provides to their customers.
