RadioLoyalty anyone else having problems? Or been flagged?
« on: July 05, 2014, 06:38:14 am »
In June Radio Loyalty changed their rules.  Because of that, I believe I was unjustly flagged.  I work from home so I average 10hrs. of listening per day with only one window open.  I think their computer system runs a percentage equation and deems it impossible to listen that long with only one window open (multiple windows is a reason for being flagged).  Then the page reloads after every half an hour of a Captcha code.  I am not responsible for that, that’s just the way it works, but was told another reason to get flagged is too many reloads.  The bonus is after 15Cents so I at least have to listen 3hrs per day. Anybody know with these new rules just how long is a person allowed to listen per day without being flagged?

Someone wanna tell me why RadioLoyalty find it suspicious to listen for long hours to their page on only one window?  They’re a radio station page!  How long are you suppose to listen for them NOT to find it suspicious and flag you?

I’ve been using Radioloyalty ever since FusionCash started their 5cents before using PTC.  Depending on what I’m doing I listen each day for an average of about 10hrs a day.  All of a sudden after one more captcha code on a five hour listening day the page locks up and I get a “due to sustained suspicious visiting patterns, you have been blocked from accessing the RadioLoyalty platform. If you have any further questions please contact us using the form below.”  I did that.  But I never get anything from them.   Anyone else listen for about ten hours a day have the same issues? (They did change their rules in June so prior to this I never had a problem.)

I haven't had any issues lately except with ugly captcha codes that aren't really solvable, but that's just a problem with the captcha system.

I'm also having problems with the whole "suspicious listening patterns." I never listen on more than one tab and I listen an average of 3 hours per day. Not even 10 hours and I'm getting this unfair message. I thought I was the only one but turns out I'm not. Glad to know I'm not alone.

What a lame excuse from them!!  If I was still working I would have had them on from 8am to 5 pm.  I always had a radio on in my office to keep me from climbing the walls.  Cannot believe they think it is so unusual!

Yes, I have the same problem and I have sent 2
support forms.

I have not received any answer from them.
I used RL from morning until I turn off'
my computer and yes, I use RL all day long.
I did not know that was not acceptable.

However, I will keep on sending a support
form  until they answer me.

Same here. I got the suspicious pattern warning after listening for three hours. They re-instated me a few days later, only to be banned again a day later. I have been using RL for at least six months.

Wow this seems to be a big problem. I hope I am not affected because it would really hurt.

I haven't gotten the suspicious pattern warning but I have trouble getting the captcha to appear.  Usually after about 25-29 minutes of listening, the page suddenly refreshes and the captcha never pops up.  I can't remember the last time I actually received credit for listening. :-(

I have been blocked for about a week now.

I have sent 3 support tickets, and as today
I have note received any answers.

If I do not receive any kind of answers sometime
this week, I will just move on.

Fusion Cash offers a lot of other ways
of making extra cash.

I have been blocked for about a week now too, I have called RL myself and spoke with someone who told me to fill out the form and RL would respond within 48 hours. They have not responded after a week, so I called back today and they are supposed to personally be checking themselves and told me by the end of the day Today I should hear something. Just waiting to hear back at this point. :monkey:

Hello everyone,

Today, I received an answer from Radio Loyalty.
Here it is:

Thank you for contacting us.

We understand your frustration in not being able to access RadioLoyalty. There are a number of different reasons our system may have detected your activity as suspicious. These reasons include, but are not limited to, having multiple players open at once, launching the player in a non-active window, and previous activity patterns that have been detected by the same advertisers, or adware that is present on your computer.

In order to attempt to correct these issues, we recommend the following steps:

1. Run adware or virus software on your computer to identify any issues. A good free one is available here: http://download.cnet.com/Ad-Aware-Free-Antivirus/3000-8022_4-10045910.html?part=dl-&subj=dl&tag=button

2. Be sure to only have one instance of RadioLoyalty open at a time.

3. When you launch the player, allow it to fully load before switching tabs or performing other tasks.

We allow a one time reapplication to be granted access to RadioLoyalty. If you feel you have taken steps in correcting these issues, please reply to this email explaining what steps were taken. We will then consider you for readmission into the program. Please note that if you are flagged again, we will be unable to reconsider access to our platform.

Thank you,
