Easiest meal?
That is a hard one because there are so many easy meals out there... Even some that are easy that you can add your own touch to.. I guess the easiest meal you can make is smacking some lunchmeat in between two pieces of bread and wala LOL.. Or is that actually not considered a meal?

Easiest meal - asian stir fry.  It takes about 10 mins. to cook.  Most of the time is in the prep because you have to slice the chicken breast real thin, slice the peppers and onions and chop the garlic.  From there it's all down hill.

One favorite that I haven't made in a long time is a recipe that I got from my mother. It's for a pineapple nut cake. What makes it so simple is that I just dump all the cake ingredients into the pan, mix, and put in the oven. No using separate bowls and then combining. I also make a cream cheese frosting to go with it. That was one of the first cakes I learned how to make. So delicious and so easy.

The easiest meal I can make is sloppy joes.  We learned to make them before we made hamburgers.  I make the original kind with onions, drain and use ketchup and, if I feel like adding anything else, barbecue sauce.   So I don't use Manwich sauce.  If you can boil water, you can learn to cook.   :rainbow: :rose:

I made a really lovely dish called caramelized chicken wings the other day. It literally was as easy as unbagging the chicken wings, and then placing a marinade of honey, soy sauce, a little tomato ketchup, garlic and a tiny bit of vinegar over the top. I baked for about an hour and a half at a moderate oven temperature, turned half way through and it was delicious. It was the easiest dinner I have cooked in a long time.
