Ice. Ice.  and some more Ice.  I'm trying to stick to a better eating schedule and cut back on all the snacking, but I'm at work and that's when it's the worst.  So...I go to the ice machine which has the really cool soft little ice rectangles(?) and that's been my snack.  Side effect I didn't anticipate - it's water so it goes through me faster than say, cheetos.
