I try to drink several glasses of water a day to keep from getting gout and because it's supposed to be good for you but if I drink too many I begin to feel bloated and I don't like that at all.  So I mostly stick to 2 or at the most 3 glasses a day.

I am not sure how many ounces of water I consume in a day. I think it is more than 64 ounces. I love to drink water And I drink a lot.

Doing a rough estimation, I probably drink near 150-200 oz of water in a day.

I used to drink a lot more water than I do now. Lately I am lucky if I get 32 oz. I need to change that!!

The general measurement is "half the number of your body weight(pounds) in ounces of water a day."  So, I weigh 135 lbs.  135 divided by 2 is 67.5, or just over a half gallon.  So I should drink around a half gallon a day.  Someone who weighs 100 lbs should drink less.  Someone who weighs 200 lbs should drink more.

You DO have to pee all the time when you start drinking more water, but in my experience, this stopped after a week or so.  Your body finds a new normal, and you don't have to run to the bathroom all day long.

On average I drink about 32 oz a day, I hope that's enough.

It is difficult to drink a lot of water, but I keep my 32 ounce cup at work and try to get 64 ounces down before I go home. I don't do that well on the weekends, but working on improving.

I don't measure and I find that if I limit my carbohydrates and caffeine I'm able to hydrate better.  I think I could probably drink more water.  Occasionally, I do something I call project hydrate which is when I count the glasses of water I drink during the day.

Have a great day!

I drink 2-16 oz. bottles per day.  If I drink more, sometimes I actually start feeling a little sick...and I SLOSH!

I hate to say it but if you are drinking that water out of the tap it is terrible for you.  The vast majority of bottled water companies are the same way.  I get my water from a natural spring and I drink between a gallon and a half to two gallons a day.
