I believe I drink at least 60 oz a day - possibly more.

Yes, I drink water constantly.  I have a huge water bottle with a straw.  I am drinking water all the time. I think my water bottle holds more than sixty ounces.

I have read articles that say every day will be different for your body. You don't have to drink 64 ounces of water every day. People get a lot of water from certain foods. You should drink as much as you feel is right for you that, never force it

Water is good for your body! Drink as much as you can...but only not much at a time.

I highly doubt it
Like today, all I drank so far was a 12 oz cup of juice (not even water)
Had downloaded an app to help me keep track of how much water I drank a day and the current average is 37.8 oz a day

Yes I drink my fair share of water.  The only thing I drink during the day is orange juice for breakfast and water the remainder of the day.  I love water, especially when it's ice cold.  :)

No, I do not.  I know I should but I just don't drink enough water, but I am trying everyday.

Do you drink 64 ounces of water a day? I have a 32 ounce cup
at work that i fill up twice. I would say about 80% of the time i drink
it all.

What about u?
I drink water. But I don't drink enough of  it. I do get tired of bottled water. I liked my tap water, but I am moving away. I do miss that  mineral taste my well water has. Guess I will just have to get used to bottled water. Never dreamed that I would be paying for water by the bottle. What a world!

If you have trouble drinking enough water, adding ice or something to flavor it helps you to keep sipping throughout the day.  I keep a bottle of water next to my recliner which makes it easy to access; if I had to get up to get a drink I would keep putting it off "until the next commercial" or after opening all the mail, finishing the next chapter or newspaper story, etc.  I do not feel thirsty very often, which makes it difficult to remember to drink.

I am certain that my intake of H20 greatly exceeds 64 oz./day although I rarely drink just plain water.
