They're not to tell us things like that because then they lose the sale.

I have been with EMC for the past 25 years.  I have shopped around for other policies but can't find any that comes close in coverage and price.  I guess it is because I have been with them so long.
Have a wonderful day!

I have been with State Farm for many years.  I never had a problem with them.

If it is a legit insurance company I don't know how the state can say Oh we don't recognize them. I'd be like well don't recognize it, don't care, and go on with life.  The state not recognizing the insurance company does not stop the insurance company from paying a claim if you need it to.

I have Geico too!! They are the best and cheapest I have ever had! I just switched my home owners insurance to them and saved over $300 with them! I wish I did this sooner! And I should get a little refund from my current provider! Yee-haaaaw! :)

The thing about cheap insurance is when it comes time to pay a claim it may also be cheap.  I know a few years ago a girl ran into the side of me and she had one of the cheapo insurances where they advertise they insure people who can't get insurance any where else.  My claim was paid and it was no problem but I also found out she was carrying the bare min the state required which is fine unless you cause an accident and really hurt or kill someone then you personally will be sued and that is okay too if you don't own anything.  But if you do it is better to pay more for insurance and know you are covered.  The same with home owners insurance.  I don't recall what I paid but it did not seem too unreasonale.  I think around $350 and I am well covered.  I don't believe the progressive and geico commercials where they say they can save me $300 or more.  I would be getting my insurance for free or them paying me to have their insurance. lol

I have Geico insurance, mainly because the premium has been the best buy for me.  I'm insured for liability coverage only (no physical damage, car is a 2001 model), and I don't drive all that much.  I am puzzled by FL not accepting the General for insurance, but--you learn something new every day if you're not careful.  Please remember that "minimum coverage" means exactly what it says--and some states require only REALLY low limits of liability on their policies.  Also, it pays to keep your uninsured motorist coverage on your policy.  In most states the coverage is required, though you can choose to reject it.  However:  it usually isn't that expensive, and can save your happy butt.  I speak from experience on that.

I have USAA, before that I had American Family Insurance.  Being Military I definitely think USAA is the best, but if you're not I really like American Family.  They have great coverages and the best prices for what you get.
