7 Cents Slide Show Video

On my FC video page, I have a Matomy Video that pays 7 cents. It has to do with carbs and diabetes. There are 13 pages and it is slow. I completed the slide show but never got credit. I got to my score and could not go any further. The Matomy message never went to Offer Completed and the video remains on my page.

I am newly diagnosed with diabetes so I found the information informative and helpful but I would also like the 7 cents

Same thing happened to me with same video.  After the entire quiz was completed, suddenly the message was that the next web page could not be displayed.  What is the problem here?

I started a topic on the same thing under 'support'. If I had seen your post first, I would not have started another one,lol.  I answered all 13 questions twice.  But when I got to final page 'close survey and continue'  it would not submit.  No credit

I had it too, only it said 8 cents, but also did not pay.

good morning,  i tried the video this morning and still is not working.  first there was nothing to click to take quiz.  then the second time went all the way thru the quiz and could not click on the final button for the credit.

Same thing happened with me. I got to the final page and got the "close survey and continue" but could not submit. The button did light up but it was not accepted.

Seeing as how everyone is doing this and not getting credit, I'm guessing it's not worth the time to try it then..?

I tried this video several times, yesterday and was never credited. I hated it, but I had to give up and move on even though it paid 7 cents.

I went on and sent in a support ticket on this since so many members were wasting their time on this survey-video.  At least it is no longer on my video page and I hope it is off of all members video pages!

Thanks for the information! I haven't tried that offer and probably won't, since it is currently not crediting. Until it does, then I will. Good thing we have others videos and slides that credit!

I took the quiz, clicked the links and did not get my 7 cents.

Same here took the test twice and when a hit the Complete Survey and Continue, Nothing Happened.  It is really frustrating and I would have loved the 7 cents, but it is not the first time that it happens either.
