are checks mailed when your told they are

I got an email on the 18th saying my cash out was approved and had been processed and was in the mail....I checked the tracking and it shows no movement at all....I am wondering if the checks are actually mailed on the day they tell you they are mailed or do they wait until the 20th to mail them....

  I was also confused by the fact they say the checks are mailed first class and that they have tracking....I have doner lots of online selling over the last ten years or so, using almost every online venue you can imagine...I have never heard of any type of tracking being available on a first class parcel....

  id appreciate any info at all that anyone could offer me.....thank you all very much in advance

Per FC's Terms of Service:
FusionCash disburses payment for the previous month on or around the 20th of each month.

If a user chooses to receive a check (available to US members only), he/she agrees
to allow up to 10 additional business days for checks to be delivered by the United States Postal Service.

When you are mailing first class in bulk, pre-sorting and pre-barcoding, you can get basic level tracking from the USPS which is not exactly "tracking" in the traditional sense but rather just a timestamped list of major/regional USPS sorting centers through which the mailpiece passes.  It's mainly useful for giving you a 1-2 day window in which to expect delivery (once it gets to your closest regional sorting center).

As for the printing question, they are generally printed the same or next business day after you receive the 'cashout approved' notice.  Keep in mind that we had a federal holiday on Monday, which can slow down service for several days after.

thanks for the quick reply,,so are you saying that once the cash out is approved I will get the email saying the check has been mailed, and the check may not have been mailed yet, it may have just been approved and has not been printed yet...

  I was a bit confused with the answer you gave....the reason I asked was I got an email on the 18th saying my check was approved and was in the mail....I was just wondering when I should expect it....

I do lots of business through the mail I know usps tracking has flaws and sometimes will not show any updates at all until it is delivered

thank you for the reply ,,, I have read all of the faq's .. I have also read through the forum.... I understand about it may take 10 extra days to get a check.....

  my question is ...  are the checks actually mailed when you are told they are mailed.....no one has actually answered that yet......it is just a yes or no question...... I have read all the rules and all the regulations pertaining to checks......

I got an email that said your cash out was approved,,, it said your check has been mailed ...  what I am asking is .... do they actually mail the checks when you get the email that says the check has been mailed.....

Can you quote from the email that said your check was printed?  When your cashout is approved, the email should say something like

Your cashout request for {amount} has been approved and processed...   You can expect your Check payment to be mailed by the 20th of the month.  After that, allow 3-5 business days for USPS First Class mail delivery.  Make sure you search your mail carefully, since the check is sent in a simple white security envelope

So to answer your question with a simple yes or no - yes - the check is mailed when we say it is; by the 20th of the month.  In this particular case, based on the tracking updates I've seen so far, it seems that the checks were actually printed and handed over to the USPS on the 18th of this month, same day as the cashout approved email was sent.  As I'm sure you know, what happens after that is out of our hands.

As far as i can tell they are. i always receive mine shortly after getting the notice that they will be mailed.
