Help Spring Board America Surveys

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do surveys from Spring Board America? I signed up for the web site and confirmed my email but then every time I open a survey that l to Spring Board America it goes straight to new sign up. I can not find a way to get to the survey. I even went straight to their web site to try to stay logged in and that didn't work. Possibly losing money if I would have qualified for any of those surveys because then when I close out of the web page for new sign up the survey deletes from my list on Fusion Cash.
