Ipad Air Offer

Has anyone done this offer? It is basically one of the sites where you enter your email address and do an unusual survey and reach the final congratulations and click on the offers. It is very similar to Clip N Go offer. I did this offer but could not get credit for it. Has anyone did this offer? If so, please state how you did to get credit for this offer.

Probably not too hard ti get credit for the offer. If your hoping for the Ipad though I wouldn't plan on it.
