If you do the proof of payment bonus that one post goes toward your 30 so 31 is always a safe bet.

As long as you have good quality posts, the quantity doesn't matter too much.  If I were managing the site, I'd rather have members who post 30 to 35 meaty, worthwhile posts per month with something of real value rather than 50 to 100 posts of less quality. 

I go over 30 every month.

I always post anywhere from 100 to 150 per month. I always have a lot to say. plus I like contributing to the newbies here.

I like to do a few extra posts just in case one gets rejected.I average about 35 per month.The most I have ever done in a month is 40.
