Sleeping in on the weekends

Do you sleep in on Saturday and Sunday mornings or do you
get up early and get your house work and errands done.   Lately, I have been trying
to lay down a little longer, although I prefer to get up early and get some of
my house work started. The little bit of energy yhat I do have everyday is higher
in the mornings.

Sleep in early on the weekends it's when I'm less busy

I'm a night owl.  I'm usually on my computer until at least 2 AM so I naturally sleep in.  I feel most alert and productive at night and even if I wake up early.....

I usually go back to bed for a while.  Then I run errands in the afternoon.

My shift changes every 7 weeks, so I have to adjust all the time.  6:50 am is about as late as I sleep, no matter which shift I cover.

I too am a nightowl, and I do sleep in sometimes but they are never planned.

I try to catch an extra couple hours sleep on the weekends. But with kids and animals it is hard to change the sleeping routine of the household.  Naps are good....lol

The latest we sleep on a weekend is 7:00 am.  Last night we went out to a local casino to see a show with another couple, then went out to eat.  Got home and in bed at 2:00 am.  7:15 the dogs woke us up, gave us an extra 15 minutes!  I think a nap is going to happen this afternoon.

It depends on what I have going on.  I like to sleep in on the weekends if I can.  That sure didn't happen this weekend!!!

I definitely sleep in on my days off.  Sleep does a body and mind good!

Sometimes I will sleep in on the weekends when I have had a busy week.

Yes.  Normally it's unintentional though.  Like today I woke up at 8 and rolled over to relax for a moment.  Next thing I know it was 3.  So yeah, I do, but a lot of the times it just sorta happens.

I sleep till 4 pm on the weekends sometimes even later.

I do sleep in on weekends that I'm off and even on days during the week.  I think its pretty silly to get up early on days you don't have to.

I would love to sleep in on the weekends, but I can never do it. I always get up around 5 a.m. doesn't matter which day it is.
I've been told that it's my body telling me there is something wrong or its just the way I'm wired these days.
