MY friend account restricted

 :( :(MY frind hemalsavindu and i am in newyork.he tells me he change his ip address to sri lanka for waching youtube videos but
he dose't remember he logged in to fushion cash and his account goes to restricted please fushion cash he is not a lier and he is in  vary sad now . plese and kindly fushion cash give his account back to he (hemalsavindu) :) :)

They need to open  a support ticket but members most be residents of the US or Canada and use internet connections from those countries.
