Anyone else having problems with the Daily Cash Email?

The last daily cash email I received was on Dec. 31.  Prior to that at least once a month I kept having to go into my account and sign up for it.  Originally I thought it was because I would delete the old used emails so they didn’t clutter my inbox and deleted them one too many times.  So I made a fusion cash folder and would stick the old used emails in there.  No good.  I still had missed Emails and had to resign up for the daily email.  So what I started doing was I would only move the old used cash emails to the folder after receiving a new one.  Then Jan. 1 I did not receive my daily cash email.  So I went (as usual) into my account and resigned for the daily email.  Then on the 2nd I did not receive the email so I went into my account and saw at the very top in a pink box an action required notice: “Action Required: Your email address is not receiving our messages. When attempting to send you an email, we encountered this error: Email Address Unreachable / Non Existent. Please update your email address, checking carefully for typographical errors. You should also confirm that the account is still active.”  This I do not understand because it is the same email I have had since I joined and the only one I have to use.  It certainly was the email I used when receiving daily cash emails prior to Jan 1.  And the one used when I received the Dec. 31 cash email.  Any ideas why the same email that used to receive the daily cash emails no longer does?

On Jan 3 I still did not receive a daily cash email and still have the action required email address unreachable on my account.  I have gone into my emails and added the Dec. 31 daily cash email to my list of contacts in hopes that it would have worked.  On Jan. 4th I found out it did not.  Anyone out there know why perhaps my internet provider Comcast Xfinity would be blocking the cash emails from going through like they used to?  Or what I have to do to get them to allow fusion cash to send me daily emails again?  I get everybody else’s email no problem, best buy, kohls etc. and I’ve deleted their emails as much as I have the old used fusion cash emails.

I am having no problem getting my daily email. You might try signing up for it using a different email address if you have one. Try using a different browser. If neither works, open a support ticket and ask administrator for help. If for some reason, you can never again get your 2 cents email, keep in mind that it is only 2 cents a day.

Since I was having problems with the daily email I tried to do another verify account with email.  But then later on in response to this I received a new notice on my account: “Your email address is not receiving our messages. When attempting to send you an email, we encountered this error: (delivery temporarily suspended: host mx2.comcast.net[68.87.20.5] refused to talk to me: 421 resimta-ch2-25v.sys.comcast.net Comcast Reverse DNS failure : Try again later).”  Anyone know what I can do to fix this failure?  I think it is my internet provider Comcast that is blocking the emails and not fusion cash.  I’m concerned because now on my account it says I have not been email verified (that being a member since July of 2011 and prior to all of this mess I was email verified).  And I’m getting a “please confirm your account is still active notification while on the accounting strip along the side of the accounting page it says my account standing is good.  Just don’t know how to fix this.  I filled out a support slip but no response yet.

I've been having this problem since 12/24. i opened a ticket but never got a confirmation through email that I opened a ticket, so went into the support screen where they closed the ticket stating to give it a day (1/3/15). I did but it's still not resolved.

I did everything you did and got odd messages that I have to be subscribed to earn cash and I needed to confirm my email address, but I never got the confirmation email!

I also have Comcast and went into their site to see if they were directing the FC emails to a spam folder, but they aren't.

I am not having any problem getting FC survey emails. Even got one today (1/4/15), did the survey (of course I didn't qualify after answering a bunch of questions) but did get my 1 cent.

I opened another ticket for this problem.  Let's see what happens. I think I've only made 10 cents since this happened because I never qualify for anything.

I've been getting all of mine. I only had like 1 day that I didn't get a email, but so far it's been good to me.

A couple of days ago, I could not submit the daily email captcha from my desktop.  it worked on my laptop .

I've been having the same problem. I opened a support ticket and they said they hope to have it fixed by today. But still no email and a message that says my account is unconfirmed. It was saying that emails sent to my address were not going through but now it says my account is unconfirmed. I hope sometime today they get the error fixed.

Well, they closed my ticket AGAIN. Yet I STILL cannot receive the daily email.....why? For the following reason:
Your account is unconfirmed! Please check your email for a message from FusionCash and click the confirmation link in it to receive your signup bonus. If you did not receive or cannot find your confirmation email, you can have it resent.

Why is my account "unconfirmed" since I've been with FC since 2010-2011 and everything was confirmed back then?

This is crazy. I now opened ANOTHER TICKET since they closed the one from Sunday. I"m not a happy camper right now.

If I were you, I'd create a Gmail account and use that specifically for Fusion Cash (and any other PTC sites).  I use Gmail and don't have any problems receiving their emails.  There are, on occasion, times when I "fall off" the Daily Cash Email list and have to "re-up," but other than that, I've had no problems.  Too, it could be that these problems are being caused by the attack on the FC servers lately but, even with that going on, I've had no problems receiving the DCE on Gmail.

I had a problem with it giving me my credit but it worked later so everything is fine. ::)

my eamils are fine. the videos all tell me no offers for you at this time that is frustrating and I think the can be unblocked on fusions end if they would.

I wish I had the answer to your problems. I imagine it is very frustrating.

If it would happen to me, I would keep on posting, and keep on
sending tickets. As long as you are courteous, eventually you will
get it resolved. Do not quit.
