I think a lot of the others answered your question, but I just wanted to remind you that you should be sure to earn the minimum you have to in order to cash out because I think what you get from them is consider a bonus.

just dont use 2 different folks in one household cause they will kick both you off fusion if you do. a friend of mine changed her IP address cause someone was bugging her on facebook. and she forgot to change it back and got on fusion the next day and she was terminated for 2 diff IP addresses in same home on fusion. and they dont care about the reason.
