cashing out

if the last time i cashed out was august 2014,would i lose my cash if i cash out at the end of feb2015

I think that would depend upon what exact date things that you've completed will expire.  I've never held on that long and always cash out each month.  I'm assuming that FC will contact you if you're getting close to the point where you'll be losing money (but don't take my word for it).   See the FC TOS.  I found this under "IV. PAYMENTS ("Cashing Out"):

"C.  Expiration. Once an offer or bonus has posted to a user's account, he/she must "cashout" within 180 days. After 180 days, offers and bonuses expire and are no longer eligible for payment."

If you look at your account page it would say when offers are close to expiring.
