Powerball Jackpot
« on: February 10, 2015, 07:26:09 am »
The powerball jackpot is now at $450 million.  Do you plan on buying a ticket?  I generally don't play the lottery because I don't like to throw my money away since I never win but I think I will get a ticket or two for tomorrow's jackpot.  Nothing else, I'll be making a donation to some lottery officials retirement account....
Have a wonderful day!

Have to take a chance on that money. I can think of lots of ways to spend it! The key is picking the winning numbers. I'm in. BMaston12

I seriously thought about it.  I've bought the dollar scratch off tickets on occasion but not very often.  have never bought the powerball though

I usually don't when it's that high although I have on occasion, if I buy a lottery ticket it's usually when it's lower because there are few people buying.  Those high lottery amounts bring out everyone.   I'd be happy with any kind of win.   Might buy one, might not.    :)

I not buying a ticket I leave that up to my hubby he already bought a ticket.  We never win but it would be a shock if we did and our family would definitely share the winnings and some of our friends.

I am not big on the lottery as others have said.  But yeah I got a couple of tickets.  We are talking about half a billion dollars.  I can't find a job - maybe I can win the lottery.  The way things look right now I have about as much chance as winning the lottery as finding a job. lol

I don't need 450 million. just 1 million. I can still invest wisely with 1 million dollars

So if you win metsrock69 you will give it all back and only keep 1 million? lol.  With that much money I would for sure never have to work again. And no, I would not "invest" any of it.  Wouldn't "invest" in stocks or something where I could lose it no matter how much I had.
