Does anyone read the rules?
« on: February 18, 2015, 12:51:28 pm »
I keep seeing posts (especially about surveys) complaining about not getting paid or getting disqualified or not enough offers, but why can't people just appreciate what they give us for free (which is plenty) and stop discouraging others from staying around a bunch of whiners?

The rules are clear:

2. Respect our advertisers -- Do not discuss cancellation or post disparaging remarks

This is a big one. We rely on the relationship between ourselves and the advertisers and companies we work with to be able to bring you the best offers that are out there. We need our members to understand that the advertisers are paying you to be a member.

Stop biting the hand that feeds you, even a dog knows better than that.

I read rules always. If I must complain about anything, I keep it to myself.

I would say that if you spend a half an hour doing a survey, you should be paid, but that's not always the case. This happens sometimes and it's frustrating, but I wonder what happens to that completed survey?

I think the complaints would cease if there were a way to CONTACT the survey providers when there's a problem - AND - actually get a REPLY.  There are just too many of them that have no contact information when something goes wrong and that's a big problem in my eyes.  I don't see this as "biting the hand that feeds you."  We're not employed by any of these companies.  We, too, provide our time (and sometimes a lot of it).

I am still grateful for Fusion Cash whether or not I qualify for a survey or not.  I just cashing on what I can at different points throughout the day, sometimes I do well on surveys, sometimes on task videos etc.

 Fusion Cash but I can sympathize with those members who spend a lot of time doing a survey and not getting paid for one reason or another. I also can sympathize with members who take an offer but never get the reward they were promised.

I do not mind members posting about it or asking for advice. If I can help these members, I am glad to do so.

I agree! The forum is full of these posts lately. They definitely aren't reading the rules too because they are all blaming FC.

In regards to almost completing a survey and then getting "disqualified",  I have felt that the survey providers are working the system against Fusion Cash (as well as us),  those issues certainly are not Fusion Cash fault.  Fusion Cash need to know it is happening and how frequently and if it is chronic with certain companies than they have options.

When something allows you to do an entire survey then does not credit you, it is right to tell the people something is not working. and it might be where the survey came from. before you jumped did you realize that you have the right to report something is not working. on other sites if I have reported taking a survey that times out at the end they have immediatley credited me for it and thanked me for letting them know something was not working. and believe me. they do use your data given. today I gave the answer they wanted on a 2 min survey but then was told the survey was closed. believe me, my answer went into the pool of questions. so OL Buddy, you may be important here and I know you are. Just look at how you have gotten referrals in many different ways and led people to where you are so you can tell them how to get referrals. It makes you a knowledgable man here. I still believe if the support category was made for support to read then that is where you are to post if something is not working.
Is it written anywhere to let people know how to get ahold of you?
It is written in the support section that that is the place to let support know about an issue.
and you know old buddy what you said was really rude to people here, even a dog knows better than to bite the hand that feeds them. we work for our pennies here, well some of us do that dont know the ins and outs of getting loads of referrals like you do. but the rest of us work hard and long for our pennies. I hope that support flags this because what you said was uncalled for and very rude. not because people are trying to get attention for what they have worked hard for like the fully finished unpaid survey.
for shame for shame.

I see people complaining all the time. This is beyond my control so there's not much I can do about it.

Hurray! for Oldbuddy! Thank you very much for reminding everybody about the rules. I've seen a lot of whining on here lately. But maybe it's just the winter blues. I still like FC, even though everything doesn't always work. I just do what I can when I can, it's all free money, and I can't complain about that. (I do wish Radioloyalty would start working right again, though. I miss being able to get paid for listing to music.)
