does support read and can they help with this
« on: March 10, 2015, 07:27:35 am »
I completed a great survey on AARP and every answer to ever article and a lot of effort and time and at the end they ask the specifics on age and such and then I got this
We're sorry, but a technical error occurred and as a result we're unable to process all the information on this page. Don't worry, your survey participation has been noted and your account will be updated accordingly.

Thanks for your participation.

So did they take all my information to put into their work and not pay me. like now I am in the 60 year old who reads this magazine thinks this for the magazine to know how I think of them.

And does anyone care that I gave my time expecting 26 cents like peanuts already is very low paid. but the fact is I gave up freely all my information then was cheated again. Im wondering if I even want to stay here now. its to much being mislead and used so often.

its not like I have 50 referrals like some do who dont have to work for their pennies. I have none of those. I honestly do my work here.

now how can I get credit for this?

then they let me do another survey and paid me the 35cents. is that supposed to appease me so that my other 30 minutes plus of time was completed faithfully and not paid for. it was a survey about aarp that I completed and was not paid for today.
then they let me do another survey for 26 cents so the same applies. couldnt they still pay me for the one they put this up on when it was completed, that there was a technical error?  I hope when I tune in tomorrow I see that because I love honesty and will stay in a place that earns pennies for work if they to, are honest.

My guess is that if there is a "technical error" that the survey was not completed and therefore they did not receive all of your answers. I don't know which survey you were taking, but it's a good chance it was from a third party site which means that they wouldn't have control of the survey or the answers. I could be wrong, but I'd open a ticket if I were you.

charmaine56, if you go back to the Peanut Lab surveys, in the top right hand corner of the screen, you'll see the word "Transactions."  If you click on that and find the survey that you've completed but weren't credited for, you can tell Peanut Labs of the error you received and let them know it was on the very last page and that you have completed this survey.  I hope that helps you out and I hope you get the credit you deserve.
