I guess it would be rice pudding.  I make that most often.  I like to make it with coconut milk, raisins and cinnamon.

I believe my all time favorite pudding would have to be banana pudding, especially if it's home made. Butterscotch and chocolate pudding are some of my favorites as well.

I love vanilla, chocolate, rice, and tapioca.  My favorite brand is "My-T-Fine" but, good luck finding that out here in Arizona.
