read the fine print, if you are giving them credit card info. you are likely joining some kind of club with monthly charges.

Most of the "free" offers aren't really free, which makes it rather difficult to earn money. I don't have a cc as it is.

Most of the free / no cc required offers are free. Though they may try to sell you something its not required to get credit. Most of these try to get you to sign up for another site or take a survey to collect market data or send you more information on a product  but usually that is optional unless it is stated on the offer banner.
