Amtrak Crash

Such a tragedy...what's scary is that I have ridden that route countless times, and an accident took place in almost the exact same location in 1943[/color]

I haven't been paying attention to the news. I would like to ride Amtrak sometime. But it only takes a tradegy like this to change your mind. I would just like to sit back and enjoy the scenery and the ride. BMaston12

If you want to ride something that has never crashed, you're going to be sitting at home for a long time!

I dare say the people on the train just wanted to sit back and enjoy the scenery.

I'm scared to death to fly, but I do it anyway. You can always turn out to be a statistic.

This is true but with terrorists and all that I don't see me ever getting on a plane.  Although I don't think I would have gotten on one before all that either.  If God wanted me to fly He would have given me wings.

Very sad tragedy. I pray for all the families in this time of hurtful pain.
