i always took mine but i always knovery difficultw dthat when i come back my boss will be mad at me and make my work life very difficult

Your boss sounds like a real idiot. You're entitled to your vacation time and you can use it however you want to. When I worked, I never had that problem. I had 4 weeks vacation every year and if I didn't use it all, it carried over to the next year's vacation time. I made sure I used at least 2 weeks of it for a "real" vacation (going away somewhere).

We're going to CA in July to watch my sister get married. That's our first vacation in 5 years.

I'm retired now,but when I was working,I always took my vacations whether I went anywhere that yea or not.I always took the full amount of time I was entitled to.

I always use all my vacation days. Usually I end up using them too soon, then I have nothing the rest of the year. But I would never thing of losing any days I'm entitled to!

We do sometime but not all the time, because there are some difficulty on financial for us to go a lot.

I wish, I can't afford to take one. I usually try to take one day road trips, but I hardly call that a "vacation". I really need one.
