I can't even get it to load for me. It says that I have already completed this offer and I know that I have not. It was just placed on my list yesterday.

I got credited for this video offer. I had no problems with it so try clearing your cache and use a different internet browser.

I have tried it several times and have not been able to get it to credit.  I don't have any problems getting it to play but after it is over it just keeps playing.  Am I supposed to do something else?

I got the credit it for it but sometimes no matter how many times I do something - some offers just don't credit. =/

I have watched other video and not been credited myself. Sorry that has happened it is frustrating because I am sure my time as well as is yours is important. Suggestion take it to the administration, hopefully they will credit you. Good luck!

I have had no luck with this one, I will try with IE when I get home to see, but Google and Firefox do not work for me.

I did it and it worked for me, but I had just cleared my cookies and history not too long before it so maybe that has something to do with it. Try that and hopefully it will work.

I tried it 3 days in a row and didn't even get the video, just a white screen so I flagged and reported it at persona.ly and let them know.

I tried it again today and it worked! It was cute and it was a short one, so try again. It just may work for you, too.

I can never get that one to load.   It says "offer not available".  I usually use Chrome, and sometimes Opera.  I will try it on IE.
