Something to start a fire seems like the best choice, having watched Survivor & Naked & Afraid. There is rapid decline if they can't boil water & heat up food quickly, and for warmth & to keep the bugs away.

i would want to be stuck with someone im comfortable with because it'll make the struggle to survive a bit easier. (although there might be some conflicts about food, if it's scarce...)
and of course, i wouldn't be able to live without food!

I would do food mainly because I'm not too familiar with the types of plants that are not good for you. LOL!
