Lately, I have been trying to cut down on eating a lot of fast food. If I am in a rush or do not feel like cooking I may get something. Otherwise, I'll enjoy a nice home cooked meal. :)

Fast food is OK in moderation, and I enjoy the taste of it.

We try to avoid them, I rather cook at home, but if we are outside and have to buy something outside we try to go for the healthier ones like Chick filla or salads.

we rarely go out to restaurants as we find that it is so expensive and since my husband is a chef we would rather spend the money on ingredients and enjoy ourselves at home.

Yeah me and my kids eat out but my kids rarely eat all their food so we throw a lot of food away.

We only eat at a fast food restaurant if we are traveling and in a hurry.  It's really hard to find a healthy choice at a fast food place.  We usually end up eating at a Subway, Waffle House, or Wendy's.  I love the healthy meal I eat at Waffle house, steamed hash browns, scrambled egg whites, and dry raisin toast.  Those steamed hash browns are the best!

yes all the time, I personal think the fast food industry is at its best nowadays and just as cost effective as cooking your meals.

I eat fast food too much. I go out for lunch most days and end up at Wendy's or some place like that. I like just going for pizza or getting a sandwich too

I stop at burger king  most morning and get a ham, egg and cheese sandwich.  I hope everyone has a good day and may God bless each of you and keep you safe. :)

Just because you eat a places where a server takes your order and brings it to your table it doesn't mean it's any healthier than fast food. Odds are your eating a lot more calories, fat, and sugar when you do go to a "sit down" restaurant.

The reason being is that people typically order an appetizer, they then get a beverage (which in a lot cases gets refilled multiple times), and they order an main entree which more often than not comes with side items. When it's all said and done, you still have desert.

Unless you're ordering a healthy salad at a "sit down" restaurant or very small portion entree (or a healthy meal choice) odds are you're eating way more than if you just stopped at fast food joint and got a burger, fries, and coke! :sad1:
