I'm watching part of the Little League WS, which I love to do, and it made me come up with some good questions:

1)  What are your thoughts on "mandatory" play rules (i.e. each player must have 1 at bat...etc)
2)  What are your thoughts on "mercy" rules (i.e. game is over if one team is up by so many runs after so many innings)?
3) What are your thoughts on time limits (i.e. no new inning after 2 hrs 10 mins)?

Of course, the view might change depending on the specifics and competitiveness of the league, etc., but I'm just curious to hear people's thoughts.
