Not enough...
Probably about once or twice a month, if that. I'm trying to eat a meal plan and eat as clean as possible, but I do eat out on "cheat" days.

At least once per week, but often two and even three at times. Depends on my wallet, whether I feel like shopping and/or cooking for one, and if I feel like going alone or with someone. Even the weather and my mood has something to do with it. Sometimes I just want to eat at home and not bother going out while others I just need to get out the door!!!

I do fast food about once a week. I usually don't dine in at a restaurant but once a month. I do enjoy doing those things. Cooking at home every day can get to be a drag. Time is something we all wish we had more of. BMaston12

It has been a long time since I've been to a restaurant. Ordering in what my family does most of the time.

Way too much, especially if you count fast food. Work is sooo busy and I dont have a lunch break so by dinner time I am starving and have no energy to cook.

I eat out often and i do not feel like there is much of a difference from home cooking in terms of taste and health. On top of that eating at restaurants is good for your community especially if you live in a metro area or the city.

We usually eat out a couple times a month, maybe once every couple weeks. Usually I cook dinner every night.

During our average usual week we don't go out at all. My husband makes a full dinner with salad every night that always tastes great. When I go on vacation, however, as I did for the past two weeks, I eat out at restaurants a lot, like every other night or so. I like to get a feel for the place I am visiting through restaurants and sightseeing.
