SMH! Know why now. It usually means I've done it before. Thought it was strange that it would still be showing but not available and why it was still on the list.  This happens with one video provider (apixtrx).

Why don't they just state that we've done it before or that we're only allowed to do it once?

most of them do tell you when you have completed the offer but a few don't... I just click the x on those and hide them, then occasionally unhide them and check to see if I can watch them again
