MyThoughtCounts Survey SCAM???
« on: August 16, 2009, 01:14:59 pm »
Every time I try to complete this offer, one way or another, they say, and this is a DIRECT COPY.

                                                              "TRY A DIFFERENT SURVEY?

Unfortunately, you did not qualify for this survey but we have others you may qualify for. Would you like to try qualifying into another study now?"

I put my most honest opinion and put 1 hour into this survey, and then it always finds some way to say you didn't qualify! This is not a survey! You can't "Not Qualify" if it's a REAL survey! I put 1hour of good time that I could have used for other offers into this one stupid one! I do this everyday and fail everyday. this is NOT a survey, it is a stupid quiz where they act like they know ALL about you, and you have to choose what they want you to.

Anyone else have this problem?

I am not disrespecting the advertisers, I am simply explaining an error in their making.

I run into that alot also, I just try to remember which sites don't do it so much. Be alittle picky about whee you invest 1 hr. Your time is valuable.

Can someone who HAS completed it take the time to copy the questions and then put their answers? That would be VERY helpful... Please...

I've gotten it a couple of times. I was honest on my answers, so I think it's just luck.  :dontknow:

It's extremely difficult.  I spent a good 15 minutes on one today only to be told that I'd be disqualifed because my answers weren't "correct."  Grrrr!

I went back and looked and I have been on Fusion cash since May and I have tried at least every other day, sometimes every day depending on how busy I am with other things. I've only qualified and gotten credited 9 times in three months.

Those are very tricky. They ask the same question more than once and sometimes I gave an estimate if it asks for example how many times I've been to the movies in a year, then if you click anything different even once accidentally it automatically boots you out even if you have been doing the survey for an hour. So aggravating!

I try this one multiple times every day.  I've qualified and gotten credit 4 times in the past 30 days.

It's not a scam...you just have to know what the survey wants to hear.
Today most of the "beginning" questions were about movies.
It asked me how many movies I had seen in the past 12 months. Honestly, I didn't know. But what else would the survey have to ask me if I only put 4 or 5 movies? So I put in one of the higher amounts.
After a couple more questions, I had qualified for the survey. They're just looking for people with the right amount of experience so they can have a "valid" opinion. You just gotta learn to work your way through those little qualifying questions.

Sorry you are having trouble. It is not a scam though.  I find the my 2 cents surveys much more user friendly and I almost always qualify.

Yeah, try to stick with that one.  I can honestly say that I've only been here a month, but I've only been credited for My Thought Counts once, whereas I qualify almost everyday for Give Us Your 2 Cents.  It does seem a bit easier and they tend to be more interested in your true answers.  Remember that you can try it multiple times in a day if you don't qualify right away.

I completed a MyThoughts survey this weekend and was immediately credited. Thanks FC!  So I don't think it's a scam.

I believe I took the survey very late at night/early morning around 3 AM, not sure if that had anything to do with qualifying.

But I totally understand your frustration, as I have gone through the same thing a billion times with other surveys.

Good luck and make pots of money! ;-)
