It is actually against TOS to log into your FC account from a shared computer and not your own internet connection.  Where it might seem like a great idea to post a poster in the library your really only asking for trouble with your account or even getting banned for violating TOS.

from TOS:

Users must not create more than one account per computer or internet connection.
Users must log in and use FusionCash on their own personal computer and internet connection only. The use of a FusionCash account on a public or shared computer, or public internet connection is grounds for disqualification. You may not access your FusionCash account on the same computer or internet connection as your referrer, referral, or any other FusionCash user. Violation of this term may be considered grounds for disqualification of any and all users involved.

IF its from the same IP address, then it won't count.

However, Fusioncash knows if you signed up with a private computer, or at the library. IF you refer people at the library (they have the same IP address) then you're safe.

You could TRY opening a support ticket.

Actually if people at the library are referred and log in at the library then he is not safe as it specifically says you have to use your fusion cash on your own internet connection not a public one as well as a different IP from your referrals.  A library would be a public internet connection and if his referrals logged in under that same IP that could make them get disqualified.

I agree with you Alyia72. You just can't ignore the rules. If you want to put up posters, put them around town. Not in a place that uses a computer lab. They definately use the same IP address. Your referral (not yours Alyia72. The one who started this post), was probably approved at first when the first person signed up, then when a few more did, it broke the rules so they disqualified all accounts from that IP address.

They take the duplicate IP addys very seriously, so, unfortunately, whether it be intentionally or unintentionally, your referral is likely a casualty and will not be reversed.  Just learn from it and try to avoid breaking any of the rules even by a little bit.  You don't want to get *YOUR* account blocked.  There's alot of opportunity here, but don't veer too far off course! :)

They're denied because your brother is using the same computer as you, so get him to switch to a different computer then email support
