So worried
« on: August 17, 2009, 02:50:46 pm »
Hi everyone, I am in serious need of help. Nothing is crediting to my account except for the dailies. I follow the directions to T, clear my cookies and cash, use the same email address I signed up with and always complete the original offer(not redirected) but nothing... I've emailed and just got a cut and paste response from the FAQ's!
I see the charges on my credit card so I just about on the verge of tears. I know it says FC is not responsible for offer's that don't credit. But what about all the $ I've spent. I feel duped, how can I get someone to actually look into this?

You can do 3 daily offers : Paid to click 0.15$ (very easy),  Giveus2cents (sometimes terrible but easier than)--->,My..Count
OR you can see my signature and you will CHOOSE
NOPE!

If you have done any of the credit card offers, you can start a support ticket and they may be able to manually credit the account. They won't do anything about the free offers. Those are kind of an "at your own risk" type of thing.

Hope that helps.

yesyes, try opening a ticket in support and explain your problem. my account was restricted for awhile, but after I opened a support ticket, it was solved in a little over a day.

If you're paying, you should definitely open a support ticket because that's not fair for you.

Had the same problem ans support said that they no longer do manual credit, just don't put anything on your credit card that you don't want.
I probably would have gotten it elsewhere and gotten a better deal if I  had known this.  I only do free ones now.
