Are you planning a vacation this year for the holidays? I do not plan to go anywhere
for the holidays. It would be nice to go somewhere though, if I win the
lottery I will go somewhere, lol.

We will probably go visit family out of town, I don't really consider that a vacation! I'd love to spend the holidays on a beach somewhere, but I am waiting to win the lottery for that too!!

Sadly we don't have any vacation plans for this year or next year. We are trying to save money to go somewhere nice at some point, but right now we are settling for a "stay-cation"! I think more people are settling for "stay-cations" in an effort to pay down their debt and get things under control.

I already went on vacation but it wasn't that much of a vacation. I didn't really get to do too much of anything.

Our holidays will be so different this year.  My mother-in-law passed away on 12/27/14 and my sister-in-law passed away on 04/21/15.  We always had a big gathering at her house on Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve every year.  It will just be my big family and our little family gatherings this year.  I doubt if my husband will get with his siblings since none of them got a long before my mother-in-law passed away.
Have a wonderful day!

Over the holidays I will not be going anywhere, however I do have 2 vacations planned for the summer!
As soon as I graduate, I will be going on a sort of "study abroad" trip to Italy with one of the local community colleges. It is a sign language immersion course where you learn all about Italian Deaf Culture and Italian Sign Language, plus you get to travel around Italy and sightsee. I am so excited for this opportunity!

Second, I will be traveling out to San Diego to visit my family in June, and attending my cousin's wedding.
I'm so happy for him and think he found the perfect woman for him!

Vacations are so expensive that I need to go to places with good weather to camp outdoors. Because lodging is very expensive!
