Doctors by far... Nearly 2 or 3 times more... Unless maybe you work for as a senior lead software engineer in Apple, Google, or some top government sector

But a computer scientist average starting salary is about 80k-120k straight out of 4 year college, while doctors have to stay in school for a long period of time through hard and rigorous training.

While those who work in computer science/software engineering, starting salaries can be high, with only a bachelor's degree, the truth is, in the long run, doctor's are the highest paid, with lawyer's being second. You can google the best/highest paid professions, and doctor's and lawyers stay at the top.

Some place in the near future "Doctors will be replaced by computers". Remember when bank tellers were laid off because bank ATMs were introduced. Many surgeries are now performed by computers and robotic devices. Computer Science is a matter of survival. And doctors will help us to survive.

I want to say doctors.  It completely depends how far you go in each profession though.

That's a difficult question to even answer because you have doctors that work for big practices and computer science that work for big company's, then you have the independent ones of both professions. If you ask me it can be neck and neck depends on who there hired by to do the work. If it's government there probably be paid a lot and get a bunch of benifits to boot. If its private sector less money less benifits. Doctors the same way
