Pissed!
« on: November 03, 2015, 08:44:29 am »
Just spent 30 minutes doing a survey, and at the end I was asked how I liked the survey to which I selected something like "did not enjoy"  because it was incredibly tedious... and after that it said I was disqualified.

Really? So I spent the time to read every word on the survey and respond honestly and I'm kicked out after I said I didn't enjoy this particular one?

Awesome.

sarah, I think it may have been a coincidence as I have done surveys and then gave it a bad rating and still was credited for it... not sure if there is anything you can do but if you feel that strongly about it, send in a support ticket to the survey company and see what happens

That is something that I have experienced on a few occasions and I do find it odd that if I do not indicate that I enjoyed the survey, itis a chance that I will not get paid. Whether I get paid or not I will be honest if they ask me Did I enjoy the survey.

This happened to me a lot of times. There was one I I thought I was going to qualify and after I completed it, it says I did not qualify. All you can do is to keep trying.

I understand the frustration as it has happened to me many times.  Well, not qualifying at the end.  I don't think it really has anything to do with saying you don't like the survey.  It would be much nicer if you didn't go thru the whole thing before it says you are not qualified.

I don't like the fact that they can decide to "disqualify" you at the end of the survey, after they have all your information.  Honestly that is something FusionCash and ALL similar sights should stand up against as they are being rejected and not paid either.  It should be that they have so many questions to decide if they want you for the survey.  How do we know they don't use the information.  This is why I don't do surveys.  And all the stories of the payments being revoked later.

I completely agree with your rationale and have as much as stated so in previous comments here on the forum.  I have this experience more on Fusion than on the other site I use.  I think Fusion is a good site but I do believe that there are certain standards and responsibilities they need to tighten up with certain vendors/surveyors.

Happened to me the other day, I didn't say I didn't like the survey, but had finished and it asked what I thought, if I thought it was too long or too short, said I was told I completed it, asked my classification questions, then disqualified me.

Well, I don't know about you, but if it were ME, I'd be trying to find contact information and writing to them to let them know that I've COMPLETED the survey and THEN got DUMPED.  That kind of thing does NOT go over well here.

I totally understand how you feel!  Unfortunately, this does happen from time to time! I do other survey sites as well and it also happens on them. I did a 60 min survey on another site, for a new television show. I did not care for the show and gave my 100% honest opinion. At the very end of the survey, they stated I was not what the client was looking for. There are no laws in place currently to force survey companies for paying for our time, so I figure that is the chance we take when we try to qualify for surveys!  :P

Yes I can feel your pain. Most surveys are long. I wish they would not be but they need people's opinions to know what people want and like.

As other members posted, your disqualification might not have anything to do with a negative evaluation of the survey. The disqualification might have also happened with a favorable evaluation but you will never know. I understand your being pissed and I have had similar types of situations with surveys. The problem is not limitted to FC -- it has happened on all or most of my sites. And believe me, I have been pissed, just like yourself.

Fortunately, when it is all said and done, it does not happen very often and most surveys credit.

Welcome to Fusion Cash. This is a really good site. it is legit and you will be paid when promised.

This has happened to me twice this week, I just put in a support ticket for the one that just occurred with the pets survey, very upsetting, finished it, was told I completed, did all classification questions. Then it asked me to answer a simple math question 7+4, which of course I answered 11. As soon as I answered that i got the disqualification window.

I don't think it would disqualify after you said you did not enjoy the survey, you have right to say you enjoy or not enjoy the survey.  Send a support ticket maybe they can help or answer your question.
