Candy Survey

I completed a 15min survey today about candy, I think it was worth 75c or more but, upon COMPLETING and SUBMITTING it, the next screen loaded saying the survey was closed and therefore I was not rewarded. Has this happened to anyone else?

I don't recall seeing this one, but that happens quite often! There's nothing worse than doing the whole survey and then they tell you it's closed or that you previously did it before! I've reported that, but I never got credit.

it's happened to me once or twice, but considering how many surveys I have completed and been credited for, it is really minor and I'll keep doing them

Yes, it has happened to me, I'll spend my time doing a long survey then at the very end the screen messes up....sucks!!

Yes, it has happened to me.  Mostly anybody who takes surveys long enough will tell you the same: it's happened to them as well. 

We don't like it.  In fact we hate it; it really stinks.  But, it happens and is part of the survey process.  Hang in there and don't give up.  Sooner or later you'll get your reward.

It's happened to me a few times, too, but I figure it's just part of the process.  I keep trying until I find one that works.  A candy survey sounds like fun material, just not if you are disappointed in the end.

Well thank you all for your input. It's nice to know it hasn't only happened to me, but it sucks that it does happen at all! I don't think I'll bother with reporting it or anything. I'm doing good making money on the site anyway!

the same for me  I  do enough surveys that pay getting one ever once in a while I don't bother sending it to support either
I'm happy for what I can get and I make as much as I but the effort into

This is nothing new. Sometime the spots in a survey get filled before one actually finishes it. Some surveys allot for a certain number of people and once they've gotten them, the survey closes. It won't do any good in this particular instance to put in a support ticket. This is just the nature of taking surveys. I usually just move on and try another one.
