What are gpt offers?  Not sure if I can help but I am unfamiliar with this term.  If you could explain what they are I may be able to help you or at least direct you to the right person who can.

Get paid to is what it stands for. What it is, on other sites they have a gpt section you basically pay for your referral. Like the offer is .25 to sign up to my site and they put their ref link up.

I have found this to be no good, because once you pay the ref he usually stops clicking.

And if you read the tos here they dont go along with paying for refs, because you get a pretty good bonus here for signing people up, and if have given them a percentage of that- well the site cant re-coop that, if they stop clicking or doing surveys, because all they wanted was the signup bonus anyway.

This is one of the most legit sites next to clicksense and i would hate for it to be ruined with that gtp crap.

A GPT site to me is a Get Paid To site like Fusioncash or Clixsense.  Some of the "bux" sites like Neobux, have it where you can rent referrals.  It is usually not a good deal.

If you are asking how you can run advertising on Fusioncash, http://www.adhitz.com/en/Advertisers-Browse_Websites?pid=83756
