Do you still go to the library to do your research for school project, type and print your papers or do you do everything at home ?

Depends on what I want to do as I have my own computer. But I do go and get my books there. Enjoy the people who work there. If I can't find a book I want they just order it in and I have 2 weeks to use it and then I take it back. What more could a person want.

I don't because I don't really do those things these days. I have a computer with internet for non academic research.

I do everything at home since I have a laptop computer, but I don't have a printer so I will sometimes go to the library to print.

I do all research from home thanks to the internet, nevertheless I do take my son to the library to pick books to read and to mingle.

I think the library services near where I live are totally under-rated. Not only have I always been able to find what book I was looking for (and if not, they ordered it for me), but they have a great kids section, they have a wonderful coffee shop and very clean bathrooms! There are many computers available for use by members of the public and especially welcomed at this time of year, the facility is wonderfully warm and dry.

I am no longer in school with papers due.  I still use the library though.  For recreational reading :)

I no longer do research papers anymore either. However if I did need to do a research paper, I would definitely be going to a library, although it would be a specialized library and not the local public library. This is because if I had to write a research paper, it would be more in-depth and would require using scientific journals, most of which are either not on-line or requires a membership in order to read to older articles. When I was still in grad. school and still had to write research papers, I spent a lot of time in the school's medical library even though the internet had been well established at that point. But even if it were for a lower level, like high school, I'd probably also go to a specialized library as I had done when I was in high school, so as to again use actual journal articles.

Yes, I still go to the library for new books to read for leisure. I've also used the libraries new rental for my Kindle. It's a great service to check out ebooks.
