Now I know why I forgot that I was a member of this site....  because I'm NOT getting paid for watching videos.  Also I did a "task" and once again I didn't get paid!  I guess I'll probably quit this site again, but I think the company shouldn't be promoting that this site you WILL get paid to watch videos...which isn't always the case.

sometimes you gotta refresh an you will see you get credited are try different videos but they do credit you cause I been getting credit lately

FC is a great site -- one of the best of its kind. Sometimes, there is a problem getting credited for an offer or bonus but more often than not, I do get credit. Most, if not all, of my videos are crediting.

I use chrome and sometimes I use firefox. What browser are you using? If you have a mac, do not use safari because I have had problems getting credit when I use safari.  For some reason, I had trouble getting credit when I used chrome last month and I used firefox and got credit without problem.  Now, I am back to using chrome without problem.

Every so often, the videos don't credit, but lately they've been working fine. Maybe you need to clear your cookies, sometimes that happens. I think if some cookies are left from a day when the videos weren't crediting, they keep blocking them from crediting even after the problem is fixed.

Don't get discouraged.  NOT getting credit is just part of the process at these PTC sites.  It's aggravating, but you will be credited more times than not.  I, too, use a Mac and have problems with videos crediting.  I usually switch browsers, and it will work for me.  Tasks are unpredictable, but still a good source of a few cents if you find an easy one that works for you.  You'll eventually get in a groove and learn what works for you and your computer.  Don't give up on FC.  I've never found a better, more reliable PTC anywhere, and I've tried a lot!!

There has been a problem with the videos lately. The slideshows are crediting for me.

I've received around $2100 so far so the site does pay. There may be times things don't credit but usually it's only around 5% of the time.

I don't want videos on this site so I can't comment on those. I do always get credit for tasks when I complete them though. Did you fully complete it? Some tasks have several pages or steps that you have to complete before it counts as one done. If you think you did everything correctly then contact the crowdflower support. They're usually good about giving you back credit and sometimes even bonus credit for their mistake.
