I never think about those things unless I have heard for sure. Rumors only hurt the person. So until the truth is out in the open I would say no.

No, I don't think he did, and in fact I know he didn't, no matter what rumors are out there, or what jealous people pretend are "facts". He has way too much personal integrity.

I doubt it. I'm sure if he did use performance enhancing drugs he would of been back a lot quicker then he was for starters because him being out all that time really did put his teams year in question. If that backup QB didn't step up like he did they may of not even made the playoffs and Manning would be retired already since this is his last year.

That's an old rumor isn't it? I don't think he did either. He just doesn't seem like the type.

I have always loved Peyton Manning no matter what team he played for!  I am glad he got to the super bowl since this is his last year even though I think the panthers will win!  I don't believe the rumors myself; and, I think he is one of the greatest football players of all time!

I agree! I sure hope he does win one more Super Bowl, even though it's unlikely. He's always been my favorite quarterback.

Why do the rumors always surface when he is playing for the last game of games. Why didn't they say something at the beginning of when he came back after the neck surgery 3 years ago. I am pretty sure someone out there always looks for the negative. It is very sad. I hope they are only rumors because that will tarnish a great NFL career.

I think that he was using Human growth hormone (HGH). I think that a large percentage of NFL players take performance enhancing drugs. I believe that the fans create the pressure on athletes to take these substances. I really do not care whether they take these drugs or not. Manning would be justified in taking something if it was helping him cope with his injuries. Manning is a good old boy and I hope that the Bronco's win for his sake-even though I win the office football pool if the Broncos lose.I found it humorous that someone stated that they knew "in fact" that he hadn't used HGH. I think that to make that assertion you would have to be with Manning twenty four hours a day, seven days a week for a few decades.
