Most generally I have coffee.

I drink a glass of water while I am making the coffee. Then I might have about 12 oz. of coffee and that is it. Then maybe later on I will have a glass of ice tea. Not a lot. But mostly I drink ice water. our water is no the best so it must be cold to drink. My problem is I lived for years where our well water was 99.9% pure. so city water sure taste different. Although it purer then a lot of places in N.M.

Mostly just water or juice. Or if I'm having cereal, then i would drink milk. Once in awhile, I would have iced tea. I dont drink coffee.

Coffee/hot chocolate or seltzer water oddly enough. After hours of not drinking it's good to re-hydrate a little, and the fizz makes it really satisfying.

My 2 elixirs tend to be coffee in the morning and either rum & diet or a good, dark beer in the evening.
