sometimes the yearly calendar can seem full of birthdays.
it seems that you are going to a birthday party every month.
in our family, there are 3 birthdays in January, 1 in February, 1 in March, 1 in  April, 1 in December.
and then there are the nieces and nephews. ....

Sounds like you come from a big family like I do.  Counting nephews and a niece,, we have birthdays pretty much in every month of the year.  There are so many we have gone to only getting gifts for the kids now.  No way we could afford to buy everyone something!
