univox surveys

Maybe it is just my pc but when I try to complete the univox surveys it won't allow me to answer the opening page questions. The boxes that are auto fill will fill in but the gender box will not allow me to check the box. I even think if I try to continue without checking maybe it will prompt me and highlight it and bring me to it, but it just says on top to answer gender question and still will not allow me to check it. I don't have the problem with any other survey so I was just wondering if anyone else has the problem or if it is my pc?

I noticed that when that window opens it's not maximized and I will have the same problem.  Maximize the window and then try it.  It worked for me.

I used to have that problem with these surveys,especially with entering my zip code.Now,they are working for me.I don't know why they're working now.I'm not doing anything differently.

I noticed that when that window opens it's not maximized and I will have the same problem.  Maximize the window and then try it.  It worked for me.

I hadn't thought of doing that, I will try that next time. Thanks for the tip!!

I did open it in full screen and it did work, I did get disqualified which was a bummer, but I was able to fill out the first page. So the tip worked well!!

I have found that my screen needs to be fully opened as well. It was a great solution. Stay positive!

Same here, I am so tired of the endless redirect loop. I always avoid Univox surveys now.
