Would You Rather Go on Vacation or Study During Summer?

Well hmmm... I wish I knew more about you.  How old you are?  What your studying and what your goal is?  I would say vacation if I were making the decision for myself.

Vacation, I am retired so have no need for going back to school other then to take perhaps hobby or non credit courses that I have an interest in, but frankly I can do that any time during the year.

Maybe you can balance both by incorporating a study schedule while you're on vacation?  Being in a new and stress free environment may actually help you think more productively.

I'd just relax at home. I don't want to study, but I find vacationing overrrated.

I would definitely choose studying over going on vacation. When I was an undergraduate, I did that one summer in order to continue my research endeavors. Anything to help accelerate my college studies, I sacrificed free time for.

I'm 32 years old. I'm not currently enrolled in school, but I study languages for leisure when I'm not under too much pressure.

I haven't been in school for years. Even if I was the easy answer for me would be to go on vacation.

Either option would be desirable to forking fifty plus hours in a cubicle followed by forty plus hours working in my study. I am happy to have fifteen minutes of the wind blowing through my hair on the way to work at five in the morning and even more happy to see the sun for fifteen minutes on my way home between four and five in the afternoon. Working at night does block some of the family woe-is-me conversations as they figure out new and bizarre ways to spend. I would probably aim for vacation but bring along a text book so that I had a little edge upon returning. In hind sight I would have liked to have worked in Greece during the summer instead of taking classes.

Study... Still in my 20's so I can learn things better and faster... Have lots of things to learn after getting my college degree. Still need to learn Java and SQL... Vacation could wait

I would just stay home and do my own thing.  Don't care for vacations and not into studying.
