Is there a rhyme or reason to this offer?  Some days, I search for a hotel and get credited right away, other days, nada.  Sometimes it works on the .35 offer page, sometimes when its listed under videos for .03 or .04.   I'd like to be able to depend on it, but I can't

I find it consistently under Earn Cash>Repeatable Offers.

It is always available for 35c under the repeatable daily section on the main page. Sometimes there is another one for 3 or 4c. Those never credit for me though.
